Our Late Roman Officer Berkasovo Helmet is a reproduction of a 4th century Roman helmet found at Berkasovo. Helmet is constructed from 18 gauge brass and it is heavily studded with inset faux gemstones of glass.

Our Late Roman Ridge Helmet is a typical light infantry helmet. The ridge helmet is based on the similar "ridge" helmets of the Sassanian Perisan empire. This helmet gets it's name from the central reinforcing band holding the two halves together.

This longer-bladed form of the Roman sword became favored in the later Empire to fill the need mounted cavalrymen. Based on historical examples this reproduction has a blade of high carbon steel and a hilt of wood which is finished with a grip of polished bone.
